Pete Badalucco founded City Fish & More Restaurant in 1983. His family has been in the fish business since the early 1900's, and he himself is a 3rd generation fish guru
Pete created the recipes that have made City Fish & More famous in Kansas City, Kansas for over 35 years.
Make sure to try the (local favorite) deep fried Basa & Catfish. It is dipped in a thick milk batter and then rolled in a specialty seasoned breading and dropped into a deep fryer till it's golden brown with a light crisp.
